OK...so not in Black & White Only. Pummelvision.com is a fun, free program that takes your photos from a website like Flickr and turns them into a fast moving slide show. The YouTube version is on the other blog, "Room With Another View." This is the Vimeo version, which I can watch on the TV, using Roku.
